Waiting between recordings

A quiet period after a clip ends, so one long event doesn't become dozens of clips.

When a recording stops, this is how long the camera ignores new triggers before it will start another one.

Without it, a person moving around a room produces a clip every time they pause and move again — a folder full of fragments of one event, each with its own pre-roll, each needing to be opened separately to work out what happened.

Longer is not automatically better: anything that happens during the wait is not recorded at all. A few seconds is usually enough to join up one continuous event without losing a second one that genuinely follows it.

Set once for an installation, which is why it lives here rather than on the main window beside the sliders you tune against the meter.
